Our **Vice President, Development Investment** role is responsible for the coordination of **multi family** product type acquisition and development analysis, due diligence, and project execution activities in the Northern California office.

+ Support the company's efforts to identify and gain control of new speculative and build-to-suit development opportunities
+ Cultivate relationships with industry professionals (brokers, owners, lenders, etc.) to help in sourcing new opportunities

Trammell Crow Company carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $175,000 annually. Our SVP D&I role is responsible for Multi-Family development and investment activities in the Boston, MA market. - Partner with the local jurisdiction and participate in any local meetings and hearings relating to these projects

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in real-estate development, law, engineering, master planning in a technical industry
- 3+ years of relevant experience performing the full range of land entitlement functions leveraging a combination of internal and external resources.
- 3+ years' experience in site due diligence, site development, and negotiation of entitlement agreements for large complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher (including Juris Doctor) in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate or related fields.
- Understanding of and experience in the Data Center industry, including data center siting and general operations.
- Experience in public private partnerships
- Ability to understand and communicate high level electrical, power & cooling, fiber optics, and other technical requirements, particularly related to Internet infrastructure
