Description We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented accounting specialist to support equity-related financial reporting and compliance activities for a long-term contract opportunity based in San Francisco, California. This position focuses on quarter-end close, disclosure preparation, proxy-related reporting, and audit support tied to equity transactions and reporting obligations. **The Job**
We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on Director of Growth & Engagement to lead paid performance marketing and app store optimization efforts. This leader will own the end-to-end growth engine-from acquisition through engagement efficiency-driving measurable impact across installs, activation, and retention.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational excellence, managing a small high-impact team and budget to deliver scalable, efficient growth for Bleacher Report's digital products.
**The Daily**
+ Own and scale all paid acquisition channels (e.g., paid social, search, programmatic, app install networks) with a focus on CAC and LTV optimization
+ Develop full-funnel strategies to drive high-quality user growth and engagement
+ Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and pacing across channels to maximize efficiency and incrementality
+ Test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to unlock performance gains
+ Partner cross-functionally to define measurement frameworks
+ Own ASO strategy across App Store and Google Play, inclusive of listing experimentation, keyword strategy, competitive positioning, and more

**The Essentials**
+ 7-10+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or mobile app marketing
+ Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels and mobile attribution (Branch, AppsFlyer, etc.)
+ Proven track record optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROAS at scale
+ Strong hands-on experience with ASO tools and strategies
+ Experience managing agencies and external partners
+ Prior people management experience (direct management of at least 1-2 team members)
