We're looking for entry-level leaders who are passionate and ready to collaborate, lead, and give their best every day! In this role, your responsibilities will consist of both coordinating and troubleshooting daily activities of our customer service employees, as well as taking part in store management duties and projects. What will I do?
+ Independently manage store operations between daytime and nighttime hours, acting as key leader and liaison among teams and various departments throughout the store; responsible for closing and/or opening the store, as part of a varied schedule that changes on a weekly basis
+ Partner with department management to prioritize and delegate tasks and ensure the Front End/customer checkout operations runs efficiently, monitoring the business and customer traffic throughout the store, managing the right number of open checkout lanes and running register when necessary to reduce customer wait time
+ Manage performance of a team of Customer Service employees, providing resources, training, feedback, and development opportunities
+ Provide Incredible Customer Service to customers and employees alike, acting as a champion throughout the store for our values and standards
+ Quickly react to situations that arise, partnering with store leadership to problem solve operational challenges
+ Participate in and/or lead special projects and assignments across the store with the goal of bringing employees together and enhancing the Company culture
Required Qualifications
+ Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting
+ Proven ability to multi-task and handle interruptions in a fast-paced environment

Under the direction of a project lead, this position will offer you the opportunity to work in a project team environment with other engineers and designers using your knowledge of engineering and design practices to:

This position will offer you the ability to directly apply your knowledge of materials, structural analysis, structural steel design, and reinforced concrete design. As a member of an engineering and design team, you will work on a wide range of power transmission modifications and upgrades to support client recommendations and reviews including creating calculations, document designs, and specifications. You will:
+ Work on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of structural engineering issues.
+ Perform structural analysis and detailed design of steel structures, connections, concrete members, platforms, and foundations.
+ Develop integrated structural designs and perform supporting calculations for the planned work.
+ Have direct interface with the client and communicate technical information.
+ Prepare technical specifications for structural materials.
+ Perform independent reviews of work completed by others, including calculations and drawing preparation.

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of **$45,000** with unlimited earning potential through **weekly commission** . After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to **$55,000** with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives.
**Projected Recruiter Earnings:**
