Operations
  • Provides clinical services to patients, such as immunizations or MTM interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the use of all elements of the Good Faith Dispensing policy in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions. The Product Review/Retail Fill Process Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that elements of Good Faith are present.
Training & Personal Development
  • Maintains current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations to provide such clinical services.
  • Maintains current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by reading pharmacy related journals, company publications, and communications. Maintains awareness of developments in retail and management and pursues best practices that would enhance performance.
  • Obtains necessary certifications, education credits and training, including learning modules, as required by the Company.

Basic Qualifications

**Required Qualifications**

**Job Description**
+ Accountable for annual achievement of multiple sales and revenue Operating Plan targets for assigned territory.
+ Ownership of retaining and growing the service business within territory and breaking into new accounts leveraging the entire service portfolio including multivendor, technology solutions, advanced services, equipment refresh
+ Provide input to deal pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
+ Manage install base and drive lifecycle management.
+ Cultivating, leveraging, and developing long-term customer relationships, including "C" level and Senior VP level relationships, coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
+ Track and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and develop and lead effective counterstrategies.
+ Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.
+ Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using GE resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision-making process.
+ Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of customer products and services.
+ Prospect for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining our existing customer portfolio.
+ Collaboration with equipment and sales leaders in the market to win overall for the GE Healthcare business
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience; OR High School Diploma/GED & 7 years of relevant experience; OR a graduate of GE HealthCare broader leadership programs
+ Must live and be willing to travel within the territory or willing to relocate. (Northern California, Bay Area).
+ Required to travel 40-50+% (2 - 3 days per week including overnights when needed within territory and multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train etc.) as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
+ 5 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages.
+ Excellent negotiation & closing skills.
+ Demonstrated presentation and relationship building skills.
+ Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team.
+ Ability to balance the time required in person with the customer and the administrative aspects of the role, delegating and holding others accountable so you can move with speed
+ Demonstrated use of Salesforce or other CRM tools to effectively manage the territory

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $99,360.00-$149,040.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
