**Job Responsibilities**
**Guest Services & Customer Experience**
+ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
+ Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service.

+ Submit and track work orders for office maintenance and repairs, including temperature adjustments, lighting issues, plumbing and electrical repairs, and other workplace service requests.
+ Follow up on service requests to ensure timely resolution and communicate updates to stakeholders.
+ Support office inspections and report facility concerns as needed.
**Team Support & Coordination**
+ Assist in coordinating daily responsibilities within guest services operations.
+ Train and guide team members on customer service standards, workplace procedures, and office systems as needed.
+ Foster positive working relationships with employees, visitors, vendors, building management, and service providers.
+ Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with clients, guests, and colleagues.

**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Control cash, credit, and other receipts by following company cash handling/reconciliation procedures.

  • Approve/track all spending and prepare any necessary paperwork in a prompt and organized fashion.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in a service-oriented position within a fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a particular attention to detail.
  • Must be available to work irregular hours, shifts, weekends, special events, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the VP, Olympic Consulting you will focus on hospitality, engagement and experience consulting, leading our Olympic & Paralympic clients to design strategic programs to maximize partnership assets and drive measurable business value. In your role, you will lead key accounts within the global event ecosystem, guiding integrated teams from experiential strategy through to final program reconciliation and serve as the primary senior client point of contact – having full ownership for global experience and hospitality deliverables and ensuring the highest standards are met. REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Olympic and Paralympic Strategy. Lead and manage the development and execution of comprehensive end‑to‑end Olympic and Paralympic programs. Serve as a strategic advisor with expertise in global event hospitality and brand experiences, particularly the Olympic and Paralympic Movement, with experience activating complex, high‑touch experiences. Develop and present compelling client‑facing proposals and presentations that tell clear, persuasive stories and demonstrate the agency’s value.
  • Client Consulting. Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, products, industry trends, and competitors to establish the “why”. Engage in high‑level strategic conversations with clients to understand their business challenges and provide proactive, innovative solutions that align with their goals.
  • Client Account Management. Oversee the tracking and management of client account financial performance, ensuring alignment with established revenue and margin targets and contributing to GMR’s overall profitability. Support accurate pricing of new opportunities at the outset, considering rates, resources, and coverage to optimize financial outcomes, and manage budgets and collaborate with internal teams to generate basic financial reports and insights.
  • Growth Leadership. Spearhead new business development initiatives, from prospecting through to contract negotiations, successfully acquiring new clients. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to internal teams and lead thought leadership initiatives to strengthen the GMR brand and drive agency growth.
