**Key Responsibilities**
**Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Leadership**

**Day in the Life**

**Job Requirements**
+ Associate's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
+ Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
+ Minimum 5 years of industrial instrumentation, electrical, controls, or automation experience.
+ Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience with DCS systems, Allen Bradley PLCs, Modicon controls, and industrial automation systems.
+ Knowledge of AC/DC theory, electrical distribution, motor controls, VFDs, and instrumentation systems.
+ Experience with CMMS systems such as Maximo.

Primary Function

The General Manager serves as the senior site leader with full P&L responsibility for a $50–$100M defense‑focused aerospace manufacturing facility. You will own the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of financial data structures, reporting standards, and system integrations, ensuring scalable, high‑quality, and future‑ready solutions. This role serves as a key bridge between Finance and IT and plays a critical part in shaping the enterprise finance systems roadmap.

This position is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite at our Euclid, OH HQ. Candidates must be in the Greater Cleveland area or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and govern global financial reporting standards across SAP ECC and Kinetic ERP
  • Lead the continuous optimization and improvement of financial reporting processes, structures, and data models
  • Drive harmonization across regions (North America, EU, APAC, LATAM) and eliminate ongoing deviations
  • Establish and maintain global standards for:
  • Statutory and management reporting structures
  • Continuously assess and enhance reporting frameworks to meet evolving business, regulatory, and analytics needs

Finance Systems Integration & Transformation

  • Act as a core internal leader for the HFM → OneStream transformation
  • Ensure SAP and Kinetic are structured as robust, governed source systems
  • Beyond initial implementation, own the continuous optimization and stability of integrations between:
  • SAP ECC
  • Kinetic ERP
  • OneStream and future platforms
  • Define and enforce integration standards, data quality controls, and reconciliation processes
  • Drive ongoing improvements, automation, and efficiency gains in finance integrations

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted long-term partner to global Finance leadership (Accounting, Controlling, FP&A)
  • Lead global workshops and governance forums to drive alignment and continuous improvement
  • Translate evolving business and regulatory requirements into scalable system solutions
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks for sustained global alignment

Sustainable Process & Solution Design

  • Design and maintain scalable, future‑proof financial architectures
  • Promote standardization and minimize customization where possible
  • Support enterprise data strategy, ensuring finance integration with data platforms, BI, and analytics
  • Continuously identify opportunities to modernize, streamline, and optimize finance processes and systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
  • Minimum 5 years in technical and functional architecture and design of SAP ECC FI/CO
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SAP ECC FI/CO
  • Proven experience in global financial reporting standardization and optimization
  • Solid knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience in multinational, multi‑entity environments
  • Demonstrated ability to own and continuously improve enterprise solutions
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong ownership mindset with focus on long‑term value creation
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and optimization at scale
