The Intuit Sales team in Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group is focused on empowering small and mid-market businesses with Intuit's AI-powered platform to help run and grow businesses. This platform includes applications to manage accounting, receive and pay bills, get and grow customers and also manage employees. As part of the Intuit platform, we are expanding our workforce solutions to include both QuickBooks Payroll, a market leader in small business payroll, with expanded human capital management (HCM) solutions recently acquired and integrated into the platform.
We are looking for an experienced Sales leader with deep expertise selling to mid-market customers and a strong track record of building winning go to market strategies and leading transformational change.
The Director, Workforce Solutions will build and lead a full sales team that will lead key sales motions to deliver HCM solutions to existing and new Intuit customers as well as partner across our other sales teams - SMB, Mid-Market and Accountant - to create an accelerated growth plan for our workforce solutions products. The Director, Workforce Solutions will also partner with the product team to provide feedback from customers/prospects to influence and improve our offerings and deliver great customer benefits. In addition, the Director, Workforce Solutions will partner with Marketing, data science, operations, customer success to develop a holistic, cross-channel, orchestrated GTM plan that will enable the increase in awareness, opportunities, sales and usage of HCM offerings. This role will report to the VP of Platform Solutions.
**What you'll bring**
+ BA/BS degree. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
+ 10+ years of experience in SaaS /enterprise sales leadership or similar role within a B2B environment - specific experience serving Mid market customers - HR Tech experience preferred
+ Expertise in modern sales processes, digital platforms, pricing models, measurement platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting
+ Strong sales and business development expertise, with a solid understanding of sales disciplines, enterprise sales and account management
+ Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals and driving YOY growth

+ Build and lead a sales team that consistently meets and exceeds revenue goals
+ Develop sales motions that maximize coverage and, ultimately, increases penetration of our workforce solutions to existing customers and attach rates to new customers

+ Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.

Overview
Intuit's Workforce Solutions products include a broad range of human capital management (HCM) solutions, including payroll, time keeping, and much more. The Commercial Legal team supporting these products not only navigates the complex legal issues our product leaders face, but are strategic partners enabling this rapidly growing part of Intuit's business.
The successful applicant will directly interact with our senior leaders, collaborate with our business partners, and leverage and improve processes to enable fast decisions, bring recommendations to life, and change the trajectory of our business. The role is broad in scope, providing end to end commercial legal support including regulatory product compliance, collaborating on marketing collateral and go to market partnerships and strategies, drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, and advising on privacy and data processing issues.

What you'll bring

Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school or meet the requirements for legal education in a foreign country and membership in good standing with at least one US State Bar.

6+ years experience in end to end product legal support, including drafting partnership contracts, negotiation, and deal management.

How you will lead
