The Marketing Operations Center of Excellence (COE) is looking for an Operations Advisor to provide financial management support to our Marketing organization. This individual will report directly to the Financial Operations Senior Manager and will help with managing our financial operations process. This individual will be critical in supporting our Marketing teams across each of our business areas including Evernorth Business Marketing, US Employer Business Marketing, and our COEs on their monthly financial reconciliations, quarterly forecast projections and annual planning criteria.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Support the Financial Operations lead in managing the Enterprise Marketing budget process
+ Partner with the Business Marketing / COE budget leads on a month basis to review pacing, reconcile actual spends, reforecast future months, discuss risks/opportunities and ensure budgets are being managed and tracked appropriately through the year.
+ Support the Financial Operations lead in creating quarterly projections.
+ Partner with finance to aggregate budget pacing reports for quarterly meetings with our Marketing leadership teams.
+ Support the onboarding of a new MarTech automation platform for budget tracking and forecasting for our organization.
+ Identify process improvements within the Enterprise financial management process.
+ Support our Strategy and Planning Operations lead with annual Marketing plans where financial support and budgeting is required.
+ Support Marketing Operations team in ad hoc special projects that require financial management support.
**Core Qualifications/Competencies will ideally include the following:**
+ 5- years of experience in a marketing operations / financial advisor environment
+ Strong financial and operations background with an understanding of financial planning and management, budgeting and forecasting within a Marketing organization.
+ Detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills
+ Ability to work with efficiency, speed and accuracy while remaining dedicated to being results oriented.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially in PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Tables)
+ Ability to foster collaboration, value others' perspectives and gain support throughout the organization
+ Self-starter with an ability to lead, influence and/or indirectly manage up or down as necessary
+ Goal-oriented and personally accountable; resourceful and self-directed
+ Ability to work from a Cigna Group office 3 days a week, as directed by the business
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 99,800 - 166,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

The iPhone PD Budget Engineering Program Manager is responsible for leading product budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and governance across iPhone engineering development programs for the Product Design organization. The role serves as a key partner to engineering leadership, providing insights, risk assessments, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and fiscal accountability. A critical component of this position is preparing and delivering budget and cost reviews for senior leadership and executive teams. Success requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex technical and financial information with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the budgeting framework, planning processes, and reporting mechanisms used to manage PD product development investments across all iPhone programs.
- Partner with cross‑function stakeholders across engineering and manufacturing to translate technical development plans into comprehensive program budgets and forecasts.
- Consolidate, track, and analyze development expenditures, proactively identifying cost risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Lead budget tracking activities, including regular status reviews with PD leadership, budget change management, and facilitation of out‑of‑bounds spending justification and executive approvals.
- Prepare and deliver executive‑level budget and cost reviews, providing clear analysis, forecasts, risk assessment to support decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement of budget planning and cost management processes, balancing engineering flexibility with fiscal discipline and organizational accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, engineering operations, finance, cost management, supply chain, or related functions; consumer electronics experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial management skills, with the ability to assess risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive data‑informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex technical and financial information for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment.
- Experience in consumer electronics cost or program budgeting within a product development organization.
Base pay range: $172,100 to $305,600, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
