Job Description

**Production Assembly Technician**
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday | **6:00 AM - 2:30 PM**
We're hiring a **Production Assembly Technician** to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with tools, building products, and takes pride in precision and quality.
**What You'll Do**
+ Assemble products following work instructions, drawings, and quality standards
+ Use hand tools such as **screwdrivers and wrenches** on a daily basis
+ Perform **cable assembly and routing** , ensuring clean, accurate builds
+ Assist with **mechanical assembly** of components and subassemblies
+ Maintain attention to detail while working in a fast-paced production environment
+ Keep work area clean and organized and follow all safety procedures
**What We're Looking For**
+ **1+ year of production or assembly experience**
+ Comfortable using **hand tools** (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
+ **Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow instructions
+ Experience with **cabling** or wire handling is required
+ **Soldering experience is a plus**
+ **Mechanical assembly experience is a plus**
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full M-F schedule
**Interview Process**
Candidates will participate in a **hands-on technical interview** , which includes assembling a product to demonstrate tool use, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.
**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
