PURPOSE
The Product Assembly Technician function is to ensure the assembly of product is efficiently and effectively performed to product specifications and quality standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assemble products to meet product specifications & Quality Standards
* Follows Product Assembly procedures and guidelines for Product Assembly personnel
* Reports to manager any deficiencies in product assembly specifications that may effect product quality
* Reports to management in documented form any perceived quality deficiencies related to any area of the organization
* Provides information to Production Planning for the maintenance of product routings
* Reviews and processes work orders in a timely manner in accordance to the manufacturing plan
* Verifies production and testing activities of mechanical and electrical products
* Assists Quality Assurance and other personnel in quality compliance verification on non-conforming parts
* Maintains the general cleanliness of all work areas and assures that all work areas are orderly, secure and safe to work in.
* Assure that all elements of mechanical and electrical production are completed on a timely basis.
* Provides updates to Production Assembly Manager all anticipated/potential deviations from work assigned
* Verifies that completed shop orders have all necessary information filled out and processed
* Provides communication and training as needed to all mechanical and electrical production team members
PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
* Two-year Technical Degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum two plus years in performing mechanical and/or electrical production
* Must possess highly proficient and knowledgeable skills for electrical and/or mechanical assemblies and possess excellent eye hand dexterity.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Assembly Line Worker to join our production team at a leading manufacturer of premium desserts. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient and accurate assembly of dessert products in a cold storage environment. Key Responsibilities: Product Assembly: Assemble, package, and label dessert products on the production line according to established guidelines. Ensure desserts are properly assembled, portioned, and placed in appropriate packaging to meet quality and safety standards. Cold Storage Operations: Work efficiently in a cold storage environment, maintaining comfort and focus in temperatures typically between (range of temperatures).
