The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for planning, activating, optimizing, and measuring digital media campaigns that drive business growth, brand equity, and sales performance. This role combines media expertise, data-driven decision making, and strong operational execution to ensure P&G brands reach the right consumers with the right message at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Activation & Execution

Retail Media Excellence
· Execute search and display campaigns across retailer media networks including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other key partners.
· Support digital shelf growth objectives by increasing visibility, traffic, conversion, and share.
· Coordinate with brand, customer, and eCommerce teams to align media investments with retailer priorities.
Performance Measurement
· Analyze campaign performance and communicate actionable insights.
· Deliver post-campaign reporting and optimization recommendations.
· Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPC, conversions, reach, frequency, engagement, and sales impact.
· Support testing and learning initiatives that improve future media investments.
Partnership & Collaboration
· Work closely with Brand, Analytics, eCommerce, Creative, Agencies, and Media Operations teams.
· Support strategic planning by providing platform expertise, marketplace intelligence, and performance insights.
· Build strong relationships with platform representatives and media partners to identify innovation opportunities.
Job Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and project management capabilities.
Preferred
· Experience with Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Walmart Connect, or other retail media platforms.

As an ML Research Engineer on the ASE Search team, you will contribute to the design and development of next-generation search and conversational discovery features for Apple's groundbreaking devices and platforms.
Responsibilities- Contribute to building experiences that shape how people search & discover on Apple devices worldwide.
- Stay current with research in search, information retrieval, and generative AI, and apply new techniques to improve our systems.
- Build and improve ML models and systems across surface areas such as retrieval, ranking, query understanding, and document understanding.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and iterate on ML models — from data preparation and training through evaluation and production deployment.
- Build components in large-scale distributed backend systems using high-performance programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, and Scala.
- Design and run A/B experiments to objectively measure the impact of changes.
- Write automated tests and contribute to monitoring and alerting for production systems.
- Present technical work to the team and participate in design and code reviews.
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related subject area
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience in ML or data systems
- Knowledge of generative AI systems including Large Language Models, Transformers, and techniques such as RAG and fine-tuning
- Experience with one or more ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with search, recommendation systems, conversational engines, or related domains
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related subject area
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in ML or data systems
- Experience in building search or conversational capabilities like query understanding, retrieval, ranking, or indexing
- Familiarity with big data pipelines using Scala, Python, or Apache Spark
- Exposure to distributed backend services, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience with GoLang or gRPC services
- Familiarity with A/B experimentation and data-driven product development
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,300 and $263,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Responsibilities
- Be a key leader in our Operational Process Excellence (OPEx) organization, reporting to the OPEx Director
- Identify and implement strategies to improve client and employee experiences, minimize risk exposure, and reduce expenses in Retail Bank Operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align process improvement initiatives with organizational objectives and goals
- Lead a diverse and highly skilled team tasked with delivering benefits through the implementation of intelligent automation, robotic process automation, generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or workflow systems
- Demonstrate awareness of industry standards for process engineering and automation to align solutions with best practices
- Define success metrics and track performance improvements tied to the portfolio of transformation projects (e.g., cycle/handle times, cost efficiencies, error rates, etc.)
- Ensure adherence to project lifecycle governance requirements and manage financial accountability for projects led by the team
- Proven executive-level facilitation and influence skills; able to lead ambiguous, high-stakes strategy design discussions with key stakeholders
- Proven experience developing and executing on business strategies
- Proven history of team leadership, development, and engagement
- Industry experience is typically 8+ years
- At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required
- Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
