Key Responsibilities - Conduct remote audits of client facilities to assess compliance with established hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Develop and refine audit checklists and methodologies for various industries.
- Analyze audit findings, identify non-compliance issues, and determine root causes.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on improving their hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Stay current with evolving hygiene regulations, industry best practices, and emerging risks.
- Manage a portfolio of client audits, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding audit scope, findings, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity throughout all audit processes.
- Contribute to the development and training of junior auditors on remote auditing techniques.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hygiene, sanitation, quality assurance, or auditing roles.
- Extensive knowledge of hygiene standards and regulations across multiple industries (e.g., food safety, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
- Proven experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and developing corrective action plans.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex findings clearly.
