The **Clinical Practice Consultant** is a direct, provider-facing role, focused on improving clinical quality outcomes through measure specific initiatives and provider engagement. This position specializes in preventive health and condition management, working with providers and Health Plan staff to improve member health outcomes, close care gaps, and increase performance on state specific quality measures. The Clinical Practice Consultant supports the Medicaid adult population by coordinating, tracking, and improving compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in alignment with Washington State Medicaid (Apple Health) and federal guidelines.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

As a Regional Technical Specialist, you are the front line of DEXIS Imaging customer interaction through daily service and support. **Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for an experienced, senior tester to design and implement a testing strategy for a complex government program. This position will be 100% remote.
**Responsibilities**
Designs, develops, and implements testing strategy, methods, and tools to ensure that the product will perform to specifications. across the software development lifecycle to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions. Plans and arranges the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating the product. Designs test cases for test plans and creates test scenarios in which tests are carried out. Compiles data, defines required changes and reports defects and problems that occurred during the test process. Implements and participates in the walkthrough of the product. Automated testing may be used for leveling based on hiring manager discretion.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Consults with the development and/or requirements team to coordinate and execute testing activities across the software development lifecycle to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
+ Performs analysis, diagnostics and preliminary evaluations of products. Develop testing procedures.
+ Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure requirements are testable, clearly defined, and aligned with acceptance criteria.
+ Develops test plans, scripts, scenarios, functional tests, regression tests, and user acceptance testing efforts.
+ Design test automation strategy, including selection and implementation of appropriate tools and frameworks.
+ Implements the testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics.
+ Review source code in GitHub repositories (primarily TypeScript-based applications) to understand functionality, validate logic, and support development of effective test coverage.
+ Monitors for continual test process improvement through failure analysis, throughput analysis, yield analysis, and report to management periodically.
+ Manage the defect lifecycle process, including tracking, prioritization, root cause analysis, and resolution validation
**Supporting Technical Responsibilities**
+ Design and implement automated testing solutions using modern browser automation and emulation tools such as Puppeteer (emulated browser) and Playwright, with understanding of Microsoft-focused tooling ecosystems.
+ Leverage Selenium for browser-based automation, with understanding of its architecture and browser dependency requirements.
+ Utilize headless browser technologies (e.g., phantom.js) for automated UI and integration testing.
+ Implement front-end testing strategies for React applications using frameworks such as Enzyme and Cucumber.
+ Develop and maintain automated test suites using JavaScript/Node.js-based testing frameworks such as Jest and related tooling.
+ Collaborate closely with developers to ensure testability within CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps environments.
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills and Experience**
+ Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience (or commensurate experience).
+ 5+ years of experience leading testing or QA teams within Agile development environments.
