As a Junior Software Quality Assurance Tester, you will :

Developing, and maintaining manual test plans, test cases for Web Development, APIs, Dashboards. The QA Engineer will be responsible to assist in testing on multiple verticals & projects the agency, filling any gaps for testing requirements. Helping to develop the processes and workflows each team will follow. Has to be openminded and have the ability to assist in debugging automation scripts, work with various teams to determine their QA needs and execute accordingly.

Work directly with business to gather information and bring it back to Developers regarding products. Manage all communication to business leaders regarding changes, enhancements, marketing and ideas to add to product. Test all products at completion and fix bugs if possible or send to developers. Responsible to schedule release and train.
+ Work with the business leaders and Developers regarding new idea. Responsible for coordinating releases.
+ Managing JIRA Ticketing system used to track work. Track all responsibilities noted from ticket and all specs.
+ Create and automate QA test cases. Track all bugs in projects, fix or passed to developer to fix.
+ Create training documentation and guides for end users. Also create video training and push live.
+ Coordinate requirements for stakeholders and communicate them with Developers to write new project requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Bachelors in Computer Science and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience with issue/defect tracking and change management tools such as JIRA.
+ Extensive knowledge in API/Web services-based infrastructure. Experience with JAVA and Selenium.

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
