Provide consultation and direct support on requirements clarification and negotiation with local OEM. 5% Coordinate localization of new suppliers as well as product material & process technologies as cost down measures (RPP) implementation in the region. Manage the Supply chain development for domestic manufacturing of specialty technology. 5%. REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in technology management, systems engineering or a related field and 7 years of experience as a Mechatronics Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or an occupation involving the full life cycle development for automotive electronic products. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Reliability design regarding environmental loads (Mechanical ECU design, thermal management and connectors for automotive application); (2) NoTi design and features with focus on PCB layout and hardware design; (3) Design for manufacturing and assembly of automotive mechatronic units; (4) Mechatronic design of automotive braking and steering units following the ISO norms and certifications as customer requirements; (5) Project management of mechatronics projects for electronic control units (ECUs) for braking/steering products; and (6) Requirements management and analysis, using DOORS as ww standardized tool. Guidehouse is currently seeking Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professionals in support of our Military Health System client. These teammates will bring a vast range of experiences across RCM within an electronic health record (EHR). The candidate should have experience working in Federal Healthcare space, and preferably the Defense Health Agency, the Services, and/or Health Affairs. The candidate will lead the development of work products and deliverables; establish relationships with primary clients and stakeholders; and identify opportunities to improve processes. The candidate will also support business development across the MHS.
The Revenue Cycle Modernization & Innovation (RCMI) Senior Solution Technical Expert (SSTE) - Patient Access assists the Military Health System client developing and providing training concerning the optimization, reconfiguration, and enhancements to the RCM capabilities related to patient access within an EHR.
Responsibilities of this role are as follows, to include but not limited to:
+ Perform Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR configuration support tasks related to patient access, utilization of the Cerner system, and providing positive patient interactions, all within the framework of optimizing revenue cycle management.
+ Develop a continual improvement process model to establish/improve products, services, and processes related to the sustainment of the MHS GENESIS.

The batteries in the electrified propulsion system rely heavily on their structural system to maintain battery cell integrity for performance and durability. This requires a challenging structural design with unique hardware to deliver. Current industry solutions involve using welding techniques to join materials to improve robustness, manufacturing cycle time, and optimal package space. Laser welding is becoming one of the most common welding techniques seen in HV Battery manufacturing. The structural and welding design and requirements must be developed with a focus on function and failure mode avoidance including material selection, joint design, process capability, and process failure modes. Deep technical understanding is necessary regarding the welding processes (laser, TIG, MIG, Ultrasonic), weld joint design, material compatibility, welding process design/control, design for manufacturing, and testing.
1. For Electrified Powertrain Engineering Relased structural, cell tab, cell to bus bar, voltage sense lead, and internal cell welding :
a) Lead the technical assessment sign-off of HV battery internal welding performance via deep dive reviews, fit and function reviews, checklist evidence, deviation requests and milestone sign-off.
b) Lead the development of new and update requirements, design rules, DVP, and test methods associated with welding and drive the transition from Engineering Specifications to corporate standard engineering documents in FEDE.
c) Lead development and maintenance of welding failure mode avoidance foundation documents.
d) Provide technical leadership to field resolution
e) Lead the development, formalization and dissemination of welding strategies, processes, and issue resolution tool sets.
f) Lead the development of new technologies, methods, and material applications, engaging non-Electrified Propulsion Engineering organizations as needed to deliver the best welding solutions that maximize value for the company.
g) Develop and improve the interfaces the structural community and associated engineering process in the vibration and crash attributes
h) Support the evolution from physical evaluations toward analytical evaluations of welding systems.
2. Support the creation of ESOWs and RFIs/RFQs and supplier visits/reviews.
3. Be a single global point of contact for welding delivery internally and with full-service suppliers.
4. Lead the development of training material and the education of Ford engineers in relation to welding topics.
5. Support competitive benchmarking and research activities.
6. Collaborate globally with the Ford technical community to foster communication, process improvements, and advancements.

1. BS minimum with MS preferred in Welding, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
2. 5+ years laser and ultrasonic welding in automotive or similar field experience

6. Expertise in welding process control methods and associated metrics
