Your New Role

The pilot in command reports to the Chief Pilot regarding company operating policies and procedures. The pilot in command is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of the flight assignment with an emphasis on safety, security, and quality.

Accountabilities
  • Safely operate the aircraft, determine departure times and routes, and/or cancel flights based on weather or other conditions
  • Ensure that the flight is conducted in complete compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations and policies and procedures
  • Institute all necessary changes as required by enroute conditions such that the flight may continue under appropriate company policies, procedures and rules
  • Responsible for conducting the flight in a safe and prudent manner in accordance with industry and company standards
  • Accurate completion of all trip paperwork in accordance with current procedures
  • Responsible for ensuring a thorough and complete understanding with the second in command regarding all aspects of flight
  • Record all aircraft discrepancies as they occur on the aircraft discrepancy log and immediately report these discrepancies to their Maintenance Manager or designee as soon as possible. Refer to the approved MEL and as directed by the Maintenance Manager if the inoperative item can be deferred or needs to be repaired and completes the aircraft discrepancy log as required
  • Determine that the flight crew reports for duty in proper attire and that they are mentally and physically fit for duty
  • Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems which they are authorized to operate including all emergency systems and procedures associated with the aircraft
  • Secure the aircraft after each flight to include arranging hangar storage if they deem necessary or are instructed to do so by the company management
  • Obtain the most current weather reports, forecasts and NOTAMS from a FAA flight service station or other authorized agency
  • File or cause a flight plan to be filed with the FAA or an ICAO state ATC facility
  • Analyze area, enroute and terminal charts for the airport of intended landing and alternates
  • Perform the functions of the In TSA Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under the provision of the twelve five standard security program
  • Conduct the required passenger safety briefings or assign that duty in accordance with the FAR's
  • Impart knowledge and skills to the second in command to prepare them to assume the duties of Pilot in Command in an emergency or when the second in command upgrades to pilot in command in that aircraft
  • Responsible for taking an active role supporting the open sharing of information on all safety issues and reporting all safety hazards and concerns in our SMS program
  • Responsible for making an immediate report in any hazardous action, conduct or event to the Chief Pilot and head of safety
  • The pilot in command may delegate these duties but not the responsibility for those duties
  • Other duties may be required, as needed

Compensation and Benefits

Your New Role

Your Role
Since 1923, Warner Bros. has been the industry leader in entertainment. Your Responsibilities
+ Processing and inventorying digital and physical production assets according to best Archives practices from intake to long-term storage.
+ Creating new catalog records, remediating metadata, and reporting on database problems.
+ Participating in regular maintenance and inspection of Archives assets with the wider WBD Global Archives team.
+ Provide material support to **Supervisor, Archives** in systems evaluations, metadata remediation efforts, cataloging normalization, and reporting on metrics for KPIs.

**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ You are THE go-to person on the team - so we are looking for someone who is polished, positive, professional, and energetic.
+ You will be responsible for coordinating areas such as expense report approval, process invoices, onboarding new hires, order equipment, workspace move requests, calendar maintenance, catering, work scheduling and provide vacation back up.
+ This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and can contribute to a collaborative team.
**Qualifications & Experience.**
+ A Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent of work experience.
+ 3+ years of administrative support experience preferred.
+ Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
+ High level of confidentiality required.
+ You should be extremely organized and work efficiently in a very fast paced environment.
+ Communication is key in this role so excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
+ You should have excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
+ The ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
+ You should have an ability to prioritize your work so you can handle many projects simultaneously under tight deadline. Be flexible, dependable, and results oriented.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $65,025.00 - $120,761.00 salary per year.
