A Boston-based management consulting company has bagged the Glassdoor title of the best place to work among large US companies.
Glassdoor, a world leader in insights about jobs and companies, named Bain & Company the best place to work in 2024.
Founded in 1973, the company currently has around 15,000 employees.
Glassdoor’s figures show 89 percent of the employees would recommend working there, with an impressive 96 percent rating for CEO Manny Maceda.
In a review, one employee said: “Great colleagues who are genuinely invested in your personal development. Great benefits. The teams / people are great.”
Another said: “Was drawn to Bain because it was clear our thinking about business was clearer and sharper than our competitors.
“The people at Bain are also great and invested in your success inside and outside the firm.”

Securing the second position on the list is NVIDIA, an artificial intelligence expert tech company.
The company had previously claimed the top spot in Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work in 2022.
NVIDIA is based in Santa Clara, California, with 27,000 total employees.
One employee said: “Great culture around designing the highest performance products based on what can be done verses what is ‘good enough’.”
Another said: “Flexibility in so many forms- when you work, where you work, what you work on.
“It does very much feel like my career is in my hands, and that the company is genuinely just interested in matching whatever I am able to contribute with the larger goals.”
Other companies in the Glassdoor top 10 include ServiceNow, In-N-Out Burger, VMware, and Deltek.
