The US Olympic and Paralympic Committee has sued Logan Paul and KSI’s Prime energy drink brand, accusing it of trademark infringement.
The committee alleges Prime’s special edition hydration drink improperly uses Olympic phrases and symbols without authorization.
The drink features basketball star and three-time Olympic gold medalist Kevin Durant.
The lawsuit, filed in Colorado, claims Prime’s use of Olympic trademarks in its products and online campaigns misleads consumers into believing it has an official partnership with the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
The committee has called Prime’s actions “deliberate” and “in bad faith.
It had previously issued a cease-and-desist letter, which the brand allegedly ignored.
Prime, which markets both caffeinated and caffeine-free drinks, has faced criticism for targeting a younger audience.
Some schools in the UK have issued warnings or banned the drink due to its caffeine content.

US Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer also recently called for an investigation into Prime’s energy drink, citing concerns over its high caffeine levels.
Another lawsuit also targets the levels of “forever chemicals” in the drinks.
Prime said it complies with all relevant regulatory requirements in its operating regions.
Logan Paul and KSI, the founders of Prime, have a combined following of over 40 million on YouTube.
The brand, launched in the UK in 2022, generated significant hype, leading some retailers to limit purchases per customer.
Prime has since collaborated with major sports figures and teams, including Arsenal and the LA Dodgers.
