Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end users seeking assistance with a regulatory case-management or licensing application built on a low-code platform.

**CS Business Analyst**
In this role, you will be accountable for maintaining the relationship with the end user for small to medium scale projects. You are responsible for eliciting requirements/user stories and representing them throughout the systems development cycle. The CS Business Analyst will lead requirements elicitation and documentation for a small to medium sized project and work as part of a business analysis team on larger projects under the supervision of more senior colleagues.

+ Coordinates Plan & Define activities as part of the Requirements Development process for small to medium size projects
+ Development of business process models and business requirements/user stories (functional and non-functional)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelor's degree required (technical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience. 3+ years in an applicable business environment.
+ 3+ years' experience in a BA role
