These associates learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project. Associates in this position will learn how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments. **Skills and Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
+ Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
+ Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
+ Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
+ Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
+ Strong organizational and communication skills are required
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
