YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ Undergraduate degree required , graduate degree preferred.
+ 7 - 8+ years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, M&A or Capital Markets preferred.
+ 4+ years of corporate banking analysis and sales management preferred.
+ Strong corporate finance and credit skills required, underwriting experience preferred.
+ Proven track record of success in working as a part of a team to originate, and close complex financial transactions.
+ Proven ability to pitch, win and execute on corporate finance ideas
+ Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written.
+ Strong relationship building skills.
+ The ability to interact effectively with senior executives inside and outside our organization .
+ Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79 and 63 licenses required p er Fifth Third guidelines.

At Regions, the Real Estate Corporate Banking Associate is directly involved in the design, origination, structuring, and execution of loan commitments, loan syndications, and capital markets products and services for existing and prospective REIT/Fund clients. Associates also assist in the cultivation of client relationships by conducting research, staying abreast of client and industry trends, and participating in industry and client related strategic and tactical planning. + Review exception requests and recommend alternative loan solutions when appropriate.
+ Approve, suspend, or decline loans and prepare adverse action notices as required.
+ Assess property acceptability and collateral adequacy.
+ Collaborate with loan originators, processors, and closers to obtain required documentation.
+ Stay current on mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes.
+ Conduct secondary reviews of suspended or declined loan files.
+ Support training and mentoring efforts within the mortgage operations team.
Qualifications
+ Experience in mortgage underwriting.
+ Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and investor guidelines.
+ Ability to analyze complex financial and credit documentation.

**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for participating in implementation, maintenance and more detailed analysis of models, studies and systems which use actuarial principles for the purposes of pricing, underwriting, statistics, reserving, forecasting and other actuarial functions; running and developing complicated models and performing detailed analysis of the results. Developing simple written and oral presentations that provide basic information for decision making. Understanding basic business and actuarial concepts.
**Required Job Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics. Other Bachelor (or higher) Degrees may be considered.
+ Completion of 3 ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) exam equivalents based on specifications in the Society of Actuaries' Education and Examination System.
+ At least 2 years of actuarial experience.
+ Verbal and written communications skills to prepare effective documentation, facilitate training and development, and participate in presentations.
+ PC proficiency to include Word and Excel.
**Preferred Job Qualifications:**
+ Access, SQL, Visual Basic or other programming skills.
+ Experience with Alteryx
+ Proficient in tableau or Power BI
+ Familiarity with tiered network analysis.
+ Familiarity with UDS discounts and claims repricing.
+ Actuarial experience in the health insurance or related field.
