- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in quantitative analysis within investment banking, hedge funds, or asset management.
- Proven expertise in derivative pricing models, interest rate modeling, credit risk modeling, and stochastic calculus.
- Strong programming skills in C++, Python, or R, with experience in numerical methods and scientific computing.
- Experience with large-scale data analysis and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., Basel III, FRTB) and their impact on modeling.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Processes include gathering and analyzing data from subject matter experts, analyzing and understanding Wall Street expectations, drafting and documenting materials (press release, scripts, slides, etc.). Communicate effectively and clearly about the company's results and strategy with the financial community.
**Job Duties/Responsibilities**
+ Assist in creating and updating Investor Relations materials including earnings releases, corporate presentations and other materials distributed to the investment community
+ Work with subject matter experts across the company to assist in developing investor relations messages and preparing investor relations materials
+ Prepare internal reports and updates on stock price performance of the company and its peers, investor dialogue, equity research reports, upcoming Investor Relations events, etc.
+ Compile and prepare supporting schedules, work papers, and other documentation related to all public materials
+ Perform research and analytics around industry trends and peers, as well as other ad hoc analytics for senior management
+ Develop an understanding of the financial models and assumptions used by research analysts to value the company and its peers; use this knowledge to improve the efficacy of the company's communications to the investment community
+ Assist in responding to ad-hoc investor and analyst inquiries and requests
+ Complete special projects at the request of the Board of Directors and Office of the Chief Executive
**Other Important Duties**
Acute attention to detail and accuracy required on all projects. Perform special projects and tasks as assigned, usually with quick turnaround times.
**Minimum Requirements:**
**Minimum education required of the position**
Bachelor's Degree - Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Relevant Field, or equivalent work experience. Desired: MBA
**Minimum experience required of the position**
Financial Analyst II - 2-4 years of business experience in banking, finance, project development or related fields.
Financial Analyst III - 4-6 years of business experience in banking, finance, project development or related fields.
**Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position**
+ Strong written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to work independently and as a dedicated team player
+ Desire and ability to learn quickly
+ Acute attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
