+ Own subcontractor strategy, regional labor pools and rate-card governance across CSA.
+ Develop preferred / managed subcontractor programs and a qualified regional bench.
**Onboarding, contracting & payments (close the gaps)**
+ Remove the onboarding, contracting and payment friction that drives project implementation delays.
+ Standardize master subcontract agreements, insurance, compliance and risk vetting of the sub base.
+ Streamline subcontractor payment / AP processes in partnership with Finance.
**Bidding, rate cards & cost control**
+ Run competitive bidding and award decisions; build and maintain regional rate cards so Project Managers quote from pre-negotiated, defensible pricing.
+ Control subcontractor cost and schedule on projects.
+ Benchmark labor rates across regions and drive should-cost on subcontracted labor.
**Performance, safety & SLA**

**Minimum** **Requirements:**

**What You Will Do**

Further, the Sales Floor Department Supervisor must supervise associates in other departments, as needed, to meet the demands of the store. This requires broad product knowledge and the ability to engage associates and customers across departments. It is important that this associate communicate upward to keep management informed of concerns, issues, praises, and morale.
In addition to the responsibilities summarized above, individuals in this role may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD).

+ Monitor processes, monitor/gather data to analyze for trends, 1st part quality, etc.
+ Participate in design build teams by providing input to the engineering design and determining critical design features the require inspection.
+ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
**What you need to be successful in this role:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
+ Skilled in the use of basic precision measurement equipment such as micrometers, calipers, ball gauges and radius gauges.
+ Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office programs.
+ Read, write and understand the English Language.
**Preferred:**
+ FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe rating
+ Five (5) or more years of experience as a technician and/or inspector in an aerospace-related environment, or previous demonstrated ability. Manufacturing inspection experience outside the aerospace industry may be considered.
+ Must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with a wide variety of people.
+ Thorough understanding of AS9102, FAA parts 21, and 45.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ May be exposed to continual loud noises.
+ Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolong periods of time, and climb steps, ladders, and/or service stands.
+ Must carry minimum of 50 lbs.
+ Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.
+ Ability to distinguish color is required.
+ Must be able to safely work around hazardous chemicals, solvents, resins and adhesives.

**Principal Accountabilities**
+ Lift/handle cooked meats / trash weighing up to 50 lbs. (picking up items from floor, emptying trash bags, general cleanup, keeping areas clean and free of debris, etc.)
+ Ensure food safety and quality
+ Housekeeping and maintenance
+ Other tasks may be assigned per the discretion of management
**Required Qualifications**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
+ Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
+ Basic computer skills
+ Willingness to work outside of normal shift, including weekends and off-shift hours as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous food manufacturing experience
+ Previous leadership experience
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent
+ Production experience
+ Work history within the last 12 months
