As an Intern in Employer Branding at BCG, you will support and help shape the employer brand strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland through campaign planning, content creation, and website management. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to optimize branding efforts, analyze KPIs, and research market trends. What You'll Do
With your creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm for communication, you'll support our Employer Branding team for six months as an intern and actively help to shape BCG's employer brand in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. As a full-fledged member of the team, you'll operationally implement our employer branding strategy and continuously develop it, managing your own task packages independently while working closely with in-house and external contacts.
Your diverse tasks will include the following:
You’ll plan, implement, and optimize our employer branding campaigns, maintain and develop our career websites, and create content for our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn and Instagram). You’ll support agency management and coordination, KPI evaluation, and benchmark analyses. Finally, rounding out your wide range of tasks, you’ll perform research on trends in employer branding, analyze target groups, and carry out smaller organizational projects and administrative activities.
