Job Description
Amentum is seeking a LVC Training Systems Operator to support the Naval Information Warfare Training Group (NIWTG).
This position is approximately 80% technical/Operations and 20% policy. There will be a training component that will enable the team to expand their knowledge as the training classrooms and labs develop and systems and networks are integrated.
Your support will include:
+ Liaison with IWTG leadership, IWTG contract team and staff in the operations of IWTG LVC/training system classrooms and labs.
+ Support Live-Virtual-Constructive development and the accomplishment of IW training objectives.
+ Assist the government in the development of Live-Virtual-Constructive policy
+ Assist the government in the integration and development of basic through advanced Live-Virtual-Constructive training scenarios as part of fleet training requirements.
+ Operate and maintain system classrooms and labs in support of Fleet synthetic training, Fleet live training, LVC events, and inter-service training and exercises.
+ Assist the government in support planning and execution plans and documents.
+ Provide advice, and consultation associated with integration of IW systems and Naval platforms (i.e., Aegis, IW simulators, live training support systems, etc.) to achieve stated capabilities.
+ Assist the government in developing an IW mission/LVC strategy.
+ Assist the government in establishing evaluation and certification criteria as part of LVC training.
+ In addition to a thorough understanding of the training architecture, qualified candidates will be familiar with the feeds that support these systems (e.g., IBS, CMS, JREAP, HLA, OTH Gold, etc.
+ Operate JSAF and the set-up/maintaining networks and training systems (TACSIM, STALLION, GALE, ICOP, JTT, BFTT, etc.) For STALLION, it will include support in-house (U-132 and aboard ship).
+ Integrate with NCTE backbone.
+ Provide train the trainer sessions.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Must have an active TS/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TS/SCI Clearance.
+ 6+ years demonstrated expertise in the field of LVC and IW Training Systems.
+ 4+ years demonstrated expertise in the field of Navy Instructional methodologies.
+ Experience with Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF), Battle Force Tactical Trainer (BFTT), STALLION, or other HLA/DIS modeling tools
+ Experience with Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) NTB.
+ Experience with M&S federation tools such as LVC Analysis Workstation (JAWS).
+ Working knowledge of and experience with shipboard combat systems and associated training systems
+ Working knowledge of and experience with Common Operational Picture.
+ Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools
+ Working knowledge of training curriculum standards and development.
+ Well-developed personal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to produce finished products, liaise with current and potential customers, prepare and present briefing documents, charts, graphs, and presentations.

Amentum is seeking a **Meteorology and Oceanography Training / Curriculum Standards Subject Matter Expert (METOC)** to join our NIWTG team. This position will require 50% of support at CNIWTG HQ N5 at JEBLC and 50% of support at IWTD Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Base.
Key Responsibilities
+ Serve as liaison between IWTG leadership, government staff, and contractor teams for the development and maintenance of training courses and associated instructional materials.
+ Design, write, and develop instructional content and learning materials that support effective and engaging learning experiences.

**This is for an upcoming opportunity
Join a mission-driven team supporting **PMS 339** and help prepare Navy Sailors to safely and effectively operate surface ship systems. As a **Navy Training Instructor, DSAGT** , you will deliver **hands-on, operationally relevant training** for Navy surface training systems-drawing on real-world fleet experience to develop curriculum, instruct Sailors, and evaluate training effectiveness across multiple platforms and locations. Your work directly supports **fleet readiness, safe operations, and mission success** .
Work independently and with a team. **Provide instruction to students on the skills to assess, troubleshoot and operate within specifications.** Instruction is focused on preventive maintenance, Steering and Thrust Control Watchstation operations, alignment of systems in accordance with Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS), technical publication guidance, and Sound Shipboard Operating Principles and Procedures. Must have knowledge in Shipboard Deck Systems: Anchor systems, accom ladders, shipboard cranes, boat handling systems, RHIBs, FAS systems/sliding padeyes, retractable chocks/bitts, hangar/stern doors/gates, weapons elevators.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR 7+ years of relevant naval experience

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. As a **Navy Training Instructor, DSAGT** , you will deliver **hands-on, operationally relevant training** for Navy surface training systems-drawing on real-world fleet experience to develop curriculum, instruct Sailors, and evaluate training effectiveness across multiple platforms and locations. Work independently and with a team. **Provide instruction to students on the skills to assess, troubleshoot and operate within specifications.** Instruction is focused on preventive maintenance, Steering and Thrust Control Watchstation operations, alignment of systems in accordance with Engineering Operational Sequencing System (EOSS), technical publication guidance, and Sound Shipboard Operating Principles and Procedures. Must have knowledge in Shipboard Deck Systems: Anchor systems, accom ladders, shipboard cranes, boat handling systems, RHIBs, FAS systems/sliding padeyes, retractable chocks/bitts, hangar/stern doors/gates, weapons elevators.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform multi-point inspection on inbound units as required by company policies and procedures; this includes checking vehicle tire pressure and thread, fluid levels, lights, washing vehicle windows, changing tires, inspecting refrigeration units on trucks, and reporting service or driver issues to shop
+ Maintain fuel island area to Six Sigma standards and policies; perform some facility maintenance; perform minor maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
The Army Navy Business Group is seeking an experienced training program analyst to serve as an Undersea Warfare (USW) Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this role, you will provide critical policy and standards support to the Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) in Norfolk, VA. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact the readiness of the U.S. Navy's undersea forces.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced program analyst (at least eight years of experience) and USW SME in Fleet training plans, programs and processes. Echelon III (or higher) staff experience and a working knowledge or understanding of U.S. Navy fleet training policy and programs, the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), and the Fleet Response Training Plan (FRTP) are highly desired for this position. In addition, he/she will have excellent public speaking, presentation, and time management skills, as well as at least two years of applicable Program Analyst experience in:
+ U.S. Navy fleet operations, policy, systems, and staff procedures.
+ Managing / prioritizing large, complex projects involving numerous stakeholders.
+ Leading working groups and cross-functional teams.
+ Leveraging best practices and handling multiple tasks and interruptions with minimal impact on productivity/deliverables.
+ Engaging Senior Staff at the Flag Officer/Director/Manager level.
+ Conducting fleet readiness analysis/assessment to identify gaps, training needs and solutions.
**Specific Functional Area duties include:**
+ Assist in the validation and prioritization of USW training to meet Fleet operational requirements.
+ Assist in the development, coordination and maintenance of USW Fleet training policies, processes, and programs to meet operational requirements.
+ Assist in the production and monitoring of USW training policies affecting the FRTP and associated support of the OFRP.
+ Provide assistance and advice to government representatives related to USW training in a variety of forums, meetings, conferences, and working groups.
+ Support Fleet USW training policy and standards analysis including collaboration with DOD, OPNAV, NETC, SYSCOM, and subordinate Fleet staffs as well as representatives from other military services and other government agencies.
+ Provide recommendations to government representatives on the articulation and implementation of USW Fleet training requirements and DOTMLP-F change requests.
+ Assist with the review of USW-related NTSPs in accordance with OPNAVINST - series and local SOP and provide recommendations to ensure appropriate training is incorporated and delivered to the Fleet.
+ Assist with the review of USW-related NWTS products in accordance with the ROCs, FTC, and provide recommendations to improve the associated standards and training assessment tools.
+ Assist with the review of USW-related instructions and doctrine, such as CONOPS, ROC/POEs, and TTPs and provide recommendations to improve the documents and incorporate associated Fleet training.
+ Provide current, accurate and complete USW training-related point/information papers, briefs/presentations, and executive summary memorandums for USFF leadership on training issues.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION / BACKGROUND / SKILLS:**
+ U.S. citizen with Secret clearance and Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
+ Active military duty experience including recent fleet training experience at or above the mid-grade officer or senior enlisted level.
+ Six (6) years of general technical and Functional Area experience (10 years in lieu of degree will be considered); see detailed tasks above.
+ Five (5) years of experience with Undersea Warfare

The Recruiter Trainee Program is a comprehensive training program that is designed to develop the fundamental skills of a recruiter: sourcing, screening, selecting and placing. New recruiters learn from an experienced leader and existing team members to ensure they have the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful.
