Job Overview: The Real Estate Agent assists clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This role involves a deep understanding of the real estate market, the ability to assess and market properties, and the skills to negotiate and finalize deals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create lists for real estate sale properties with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.

- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate transaction laws.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or higher; a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Valid real estate agent/broker license.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with the real estate market and best practices.
- Proficiency with real estate listing software and Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment: This role is primarily field-based, with agents spending significant time showing properties to clients and attending meetings. The Real Estate Agent may also work from an office when not engaged in field activities. Flexible working hours are a hallmark of this profession, with evenings and weekends commonly required to accommodate clients’ schedules.
Physical Requirements: The job involves a significant amount of driving to various properties, walking through properties, standing for extended periods during showings, and occasionally lifting marketing materials.
