• At least 1-year face-to-face sales or retail management experience
• Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software
• Basic business math skills
• Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc. REMOVE
