The union representing Southern California hotel workers has reached a tentative contract agreement with four Hilton hotels.
Unite Here Local 11 said it had successfully negotiated a tentative contract with the Beverly Hilton, covering over 500 unionized workers.
The deal comes after months of intermittent strikes.

On Saturday, the union struck agreements with two other Hilton-managed properties.
Those are the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills, which covers around 300 workers, and the Hilton Anaheim, which involves approximately 800 workers.
A tentative agreement was also reached with Hilton Costa Mesa, an independently operated property with the Hilton name covering about 200 workers.
These developments mark a significant stride in resolving the protracted labor dispute, with nine hotels now having reached tentative contract agreements with Unite Here Local 11.

Contracts mean wage raises, better pensions, and increased healthcare
Union spokesperson Rachel Sulkes said the contracts, once ratified by workers, would lead to wage raises, better pension plans, and increased healthcare investments.
Notably, these agreements represent a portion of the 60 hotels affected by sporadic strikes that commenced after contracts for over 15,000 workers expired on June 30.
The momentum toward resolution gains particular significance as the winter holidays and the Hollywood awards season unfold.
Three of the four hotels that recently reached contract agreements had been part of a coordinated bargaining group representing owners and operators of over 40 Southern California properties.

Despite the progress, the broader labor dispute has persisted, marked by early morning picket lines and worker protests.
