Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in industrial engineering or a related field, with a strong background in manufacturing processes and efficiency optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, and industrial engineering software tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes.

Work Environment: This role typically operates in both office and manufacturing settings. The Industrial Engineer may spend time on the manufacturing floor, interacting with production teams and machinery. This position may also require travel to other facilities, suppliers, or customer sites as needed.
