Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in industrial engineering or a related field, with a strong background in manufacturing processes and efficiency optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, and industrial engineering software tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes.

Work Environment: This role typically operates in both office and manufacturing settings. The Industrial Engineer may spend time on the manufacturing floor, interacting with production teams and machinery.
