**Job Description**
Manages a credit administration/loan review group responsible for a segment of the company's credit approval, administration and review activities that support established credit objectives. Ensures credits adhere to existing policies and regulatory credit specifications; documentation is adequate to ensure security of collateral; and ongoing administration and review is adequate to maintain the loan portfolio's quality and profitability.
The successful candidate should have prior experience in originating or monitoring a commercial loan portfolio consisting of loan requests in the agricultural sector - including spreading, financial analysis, etc.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically eight to 10 years of related experience

- Advanced knowledge of credit policies, credit analysis, procedures and philosophy
- Strong analytical skills in relation to evaluating asset utilization and goals
- Demonstrated analytical and risk analysis skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00
