We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Retail Store Associate to join our team. This role will be supporting a soccer jersey and apparel retail pop up for the World Cup. In this role, you will support day‑to‑day store operations by delivering excellent customer service, assisting with sales, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys high‑energy environments, and thrives interacting with passionate fans from around the world. You'll be on the front lines-helping customers find jerseys, sharing product knowledge, and delivering an exciting, memorable shopping experience during one of the biggest sporting events on the planet.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, helpful shopping experience
- Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and purchases
- Assist with store set up the week prior to the store launch
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Maintain store appearance through restocking, merchandising, and cleaning
