Job Description:
The Missile Solution Segment of L3Harris is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Specialist, Program Manager. This role is located at our Huntsville, AL (headquarters) facility or Orange, VA. The Program Manager will assist in leading all phases of programs: planning, execution, strategy, and management. Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 1- years of prior related experience.
+ Experience leading a highly visible and fast paced portfolio, reporting directly to site General Manager.
+ Experience with ITAR/EAR regulations.
+ Minimum of 4 years' experience and advanced level knowledge leading a portfolio with reportable Earned Value.
+ Active Secret Clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
+ Prior experience as a Program Manager to international customer and / or major prime contractor
+ Undersea systems experience
+ PMP Certification
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $92K-$171K. For California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $106-$197K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
