Job Description:
Assists with directing all phases of programs from proposal development through completion. Drives program execution to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow for an existing product line in continuous production. CDM Smith is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Federal Services Unit as a Senior Program Management Specialist focused on Hazard Mitigation, Risk Assessments, Risk Reduction, and Community Resilience Programs.
The successful candidate will support business development, program management, client engagement, and project delivery for FEMA and state emergency management clients. This role requires a strong understanding of hazard mitigation planning, mitigation grant programs, resilience strategies, flood risk data and assessments, and implementation of mitigation actions that reduce future disaster losses.
