The Missile Solution Segment of L3Harris is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Specialist, Program Manager. This role is located at our Huntsville, AL (headquarters) facility or Orange, VA. The Program Manager will assist in leading all phases of programs: planning, execution, strategy, and management. Drives program action to achieve business and financial objectives for orders, revenue, profit, and cash flow for an existing program. Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical performance for designated project areas working with a program lead or manager to achieve results. Acts as customer contact for program activities, leading review sessions with customers for assigned aspects of proposal development, negotiations, and execution. Essential Functions:

· Provides the primary Aerojet Rocketdyne interface with the customer.
· Develops and implements plans for follow-on production programs including proposal development, submittal, negotiation, and definitization.
· Participates in the forecast of awards/margins and sales/profit for assigned programs as part of the Aerojet Rocketdyne business planning cycle.
· Provides guidance and assistance to the project team in meeting established schedules or resolving complex technical or operations problems.
· Responsible for effectively utilizing functional organizations to integrate research and development, production, quality assurance, test, production support, procurement, contractual and financial data.
· Acts as the primary interface for communications with the customer and is accountable for the successful accomplishment of all contractual requirements.
· Up to 25% business travel to other L3Harris and customer sites.
· Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant program management experience; or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of related program management experience; or 10 years of prior related program management experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Additional Skills:

CDM Smith is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Federal Services Unit as a Senior Program Management Specialist focused on Hazard Mitigation, Risk Assessments, Risk Reduction, and Community Resilience Programs.
The successful candidate will support business development, program management, client engagement, and project delivery for FEMA and state emergency management clients. This role requires a strong understanding of hazard mitigation planning, mitigation grant programs, resilience strategies, flood risk data and assessments, and implementation of mitigation actions that reduce future disaster losses.
The position will serve as a technical and programmatic leader supporting FEMA initiatives, including Risk Mapping, Assessment, and Planning (Risk MAP), Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA), Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) successor initiatives, mitigation planning, risk assessment, benefit-cost analysis, and resilience program implementation.
