This position is located onsite in San Diego, California . This job supports a hybrid work schedule reporting to the office every week.

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. • Understanding of the Change Management environment with emphasis on Engineering (Design, Manufacturing, Industrial, Procurement).
• At least intermediate level experience with MS Office applications especially MS Project, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Experience with cost, schedule, project leadership, and/or process improvement.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret level security clearance with a periodic re-investigation.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate or similar.
• IPT schedule integration across multiple programs with experience in leading projects, people, and/or teams.
• Aerospace and/or Defense industry Experience.
• Experience supporting Structural Composites fabrication and assembly, detail fabrication, assembly, and installation tooling, assembly line process, paint, and coatings manufacturing processes.
• Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt.
