Summary:

The Data Delivery Manager will be the conduit between the Project Sponsor, Group, and business platform stakeholders and external Data delivery partners and is accountable for successfully delivering the Data-related parts of a project. The role involves coordination of the day-to-day activities, support on the prioritization of the requirements/backlog, as well as support on the strategic planning over the project lifetime. The role plays a pivotal role to the timely implementation and success of any data-related project. It also involves looking at the Enterprise roadmap, aligning the team, and determining avenues to streamline and fast-track delivery.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work in close collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure an appropriate definition of project goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
  • Day-to-day coordination on progress, prioritization, and problem-solving with the Enterprise Data teams.
  • Support the process of documenting business requirements/user stories from stakeholders.
  • Support prioritization of the requirements catalogue/user story backlog.
  • Coordinate interactions with the business platforms/entities.
  • Support alignment meetings like stand-ups, cadence calls, etc.
  • Create detailed project plans and sprint backlogs.
  • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs or requirements.
  • Identify resources and assign responsibilities to deliver required project outcomes.
  • Oversee and control the delivery of project activity across the business.
  • Drive the projects to completion, including re-planning and finding alternative approaches to overcome obstacles to project progress.
  • Identify, assess, and appropriately mitigate risk to project delivery.
  • Delivery of all projects within the prescribed governance structure.
  • Building, tracking, maintaining, and reporting of project budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide data-driven account management, project management, and sales support to clients.
  • Engage with clients and prospective clients and assist with business/technical discovery and visioning sessions.


EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in the successful delivery of complex data-related projects end-to-end.
  • Experience in Agile or DataOps delivery , quality practices, techniques, and tools at all layers of data engineering
  • Tech-savvy and good understanding of recent technologies, incl. Azure cloud API , inclusion of unstructured data, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and other prioritization tools
  • Knowledge and experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) to work with intricate, multifaceted projects.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable with changing and flexible requirements from the business owner

**Required Qualifications**

+ Strong understanding of **security architecture, engineering, operating, troubleshooting, and design principles** .
+ Understanding of security programs (Identity Access Management, Data Loss Protection, Security Operations, Cyber Defense, Cyber Threat Management, Cyber Response, Security Engineering)
+ Experience in partnering, planning, coordinating, implementing, and delivering with **high-performing cybersecurity service teams** .
+ Track record of managing & reporting on **large enterprise initiatives** effectively over global workforce.
+ Strong experience in coordinating delivery with **operation and engineering teams** .
+ Experience in building and collaborating with multiple cross functional teams.
+ Strong **people management skills & personable** .
+ Excellent **organizational skills** , highly detail-oriented, strong on workflow process; ability to manage and follow up on multiple competing priorities effectively.

**Salary Range:**
$148,940.00 - $244,685.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
