MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

High School Education and/or AS or AAS Electrical/Electronic Technology Degree, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology or AS or BS in Electronics Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering Technology or
Five to ten (5-10) years of professional experience and knowledge in maintenance disciplines, such as automated control systems, safety qualifications, and professional industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
Requires adaptability, methodical/analytical problem solving skills, and employee leadership skills with the ability to effectively apply these skills in a manufacturing facility.
Team player with good interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in corporate, manufacturing and team environments.

SUMMARY OVERVIEW
The Industrial Maintenance Equipment Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all stationary equipment within the airport facilities. This includes conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and performing both routine and emergency repairs on various equipment such as conveyor belts, escalators, and HVAC systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of these systems to support airport operations. You must also keep accurate records of maintenance activities and collaborate closely with the maintenance team to coordinate larger repair projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine inspections and maintenance on stationary equipment, including baggage handling systems, conveyor belts, HVAC systems, and other critical airport equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, identifying and repairing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues promptly
Collaborate with the Stationary Equipment Supervisor to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely, adhering to maintenance schedules and protocols
Utilize a variety of tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments to assess and repair equipment components and systems
Follow established safety procedures and protocols when working on equipment, including lockout/tagout procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, documenting repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or modifications to existing systems, ensuring they meet operational requirements
Participate in training programs and workshops to stay updated on equipment technologies and maintenance best practices
Collaborate with other team members to respond to equipment emergencies and minimize downtime, contributing to efficient airport operations
Support sustainability initiatives related to equipment operation and maintenance, including energy-efficient practices and waste reduction
Report equipment defects, safety hazards, and maintenance needs to the Stationary Equipment Supervisor for resolution
Perform routine lubrication and greasing of equipment components to ensure smooth operation
Maintain an organized and clean work area, including tool storage and equipment staging areas
Comply with all airport regulations, safety guidelines, and industry standards while carrying out equipment maintenance tasks
Participate in on-call schedules to respond to after-hours equipment issues and emergencies, ensuring continuous equipment availability

QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Minimum of 2 years' experience in equipment maintenance and repair

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance of all plant systems including facilities, unloading, processing, packing, and warehouse operations. Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging, and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms, and a rice mill. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

+ **First shift: Mon - Fri; with shifts starting between 5/6am (may be flexible) - 3/4/5pm**
+ **45+ hours guaranteed, OT always available (most work 50+ hours/week)**
+ No "on-call" rotation. No weekends required.
**What You'll Do**
+ **Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, shredders, balers, compactors, sorters, and other production equipment**
+ Perform PMs, some installations and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (as well as some welding & fabrication)
+ Diagnose and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and electrical components while reading blueprints and manuals
+ Document completed work and keep equipment operating safely with minimal downtime
**What We're Looking For**
+ Experience performing maintenance in an industrial setting
+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with experience on conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, (and welding experience preferred)
+ Ability to read blueprints or electrical and hydraulic manuals
+ Dependable team player with a positive attitude who takes pride in quality work
