You will develop and implement business strategies to optimize and grow the EP business portfolio at or greater than market rates by leading decisions around the product technology roadmap, new product introduction (NPI), breakthrough innovation, voice of the customer, and product portfolio decisions. - Drive future growth to expand the pipeline for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Breakthrough Initiative (BTI) programs from ideation to incubation to program launch readiness. Report on progress at monthly NPI and BTI MORs.
- Team with the Offering Management Operations on targeted offering development and maturation projects using Z21 methodologies to create and evaluate business cases for launch. Convert VOC and differentiated technologies to market-back requirements and industry-leading system solutions.
- Lead and/or support strategic Risk Share and Investment Partnership initiatives on key development programs in coordination with Sourcing to address technology, resource, experience and affordability gaps and constraints.
- Align and coordinate strategic product roadmap plans with Advanced Technology, Engineering and Integrated Supply Chain
- Oversee the Retrofit/Mod/Upgrade (RMU) pipeline of programs for the EP business that contribute the STRAP/AOP and support the NPI growth pipeline.
