POSITION SUMMARY

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, (CARE, RPM, GCPM), meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required, including flipping/inspecting mattresses, box springs and assembling bed frames, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, touch-up painting, touch-up furniture ensuring that all necessary hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order, replacing light fixtures, and inspecting and repairing grout and caulking. Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces to include tub, wall tile, hard floors, walls, windows, mirrors. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

**PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**

**Position Summary**
Buckskin Mining Company is a surface coal mine located 10 miles north of Gillette, Wyoming within the Southern Powder River Basin. The mine delivers its coal to numerous customers throughout the United States and has shipped more than 406 million tons of high-quality, low sulfur coal to its customers.
Buckskin is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join its team. Eligible applicant(s) must be able to work safely in a surface coal mine while performing duties of this position. This person(s) must have a history of producing quality work with attention to detail and completing the job right the first time. This person(s) must possess the following experience.

**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**

- Experience with diesel engines, hydraulic, pneumatic and 24V electrical systems.
- Minimize down time through effective PM procedures and management.
- Cleaning of equipment prior to any maintenance being performed on the equipment.
- Clean and properly collect samples.
- Thorough leak inspection and identification.
- Timely oil and filter changes
- Complete inspection of all machine systems and components
- Consistent completion of all PM paperwork
- Perform minor corrective maintenance on all equipment.
- Assist Mechanics as needed but not to interfere with personal job requirements.
- Communicate issues with machines to production management when necessary.
**Qualifications**
- May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Must possess knowledge skills and abilities for position
- Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision
- Field experience in chosen craft discipline
- Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of hand tools, power tools and layout tools.
**Requirements**
- Able to meet all physical requirements.
- Must have all required tools
- Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces (may exceed 200 ft)
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to work overtime, nights, and weekends as required by the workload
- Observe and comply with all safety and project rules. Performs other duties as required.
