As a Mechanical and Systems Engineer, you will be the mechanical lead for rotating machinery projects, working as a team member of a multi-disciplinary engineering team from sales handover through project execution, installation and commissioning, and warranty phases.

c.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ HS + 10 Years of relevant experience in construction practices, engineering, procedures, and testing, and large vertical DoD construction projects.

+ Due to the nature of the project US citizenship is required.
+ Must pass a State and Federal criminal history/security background checks.
+ Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
+ Up to 50% of the time the position needs to move about indoor and outdoor construction site environments with uneven terrain, variable environmental conditions including heat, dusts, noise, moisture, and dryness.
+ Occasionally (10-25% of workday) performing repetitive bending/stooping, repetitive or fine hand movements, working at heights, and lifting and carrying equipment weighing less than 25 pounds.

**Your Impact**
As a Mechanical Systems Design & Analysis Engineer, you'll support the creation and modification of complex mechanical systems and components, from flight simulator assemblies to precision hardware for aerospace applications. Your designs will directly contribute to improved system performance, safety, and reliability in mission-critical aerospace environments.
**What You'll Do**
+ Support the **development, documentation, and maintenance** of mechanical, fluid, and thermal systems.
+ Create and modify **system designs and proposals** to meet high-level engineering and customer requirements.
+ Perform **detailed design development** of mechanical and fluid system installations using Siemens NX CAD software.
+ Conduct **spatial integration** at system or component levels and perform modifications for mechanisms, landing gear, and ordinance systems.
+ Design **parts for 3D printing, CNC machining, and waterjet cutting** to ensure manufacturability and precision.
+ Develop **packaging solutions for electrical systems** and assist with prototype assembly.
+ Support **proposal preparation and new business development efforts** through engineering analysis and documentation.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, fabricators, and program teams to ensure design integrity and project success.
**What You Bring**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering** (or related technical discipline).
+ **2+ years of experience** in mechanical systems design or analysis (Master's degree with experience also considered).
+ Proficiency with **Siemens NX CAD** for 3D design and modeling.
+ Experience designing **flight simulators and aircraft cockpit structures** .
+ Knowledge of **3D printing, CNC machining, and waterjet part fabrication** .
+ Strong understanding of **mechanical fabrication, precision machining, and complex assembly techniques** .
