**What makes you a good fit**
+ High school diploma or technical school graduate, or general education diploma (GED).
+ 1 to 3 years related experience, preferably in a production environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Must be able to read, speak, and write legibly in English.
+ Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
+ Ability to accurately count up to 1500 containers.

+ Available to work overtime before and after the start of a normal shift, also on weekends.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 - $24.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. **Key Responsibilities**

Create, update, and circulate all travel itineraries across all campaigns and makes real-time adjustments as necessary
Open and oversee budgets and PO requests for all campaign-related costs (including talent travel, glam/styling, external screening bookings, agency fees and expenses). Monitor submission of invoices to ensure all vendors are reimbursed in a timely manner.
Arrange all internal and external screenings; spearhead delivery of DCPs/film content and distribute links when applicable
Compile and circulate daily press coverage to all campaign stakeholders
Coordinate team's title-specific calls and meetings with both internal and external partners
Create, maintain, and circulate agendas for all team calls. Take extensive notes during calls to identify action items for future discussion and implementation
Maintain flexibility to work extended hours during film premieres, press days, festivals, and other campaign beats - occasional talent and below the line handling

Automotiq Car Studio is Austin’s only 3M Pro Shop. Located on the north central side of Austin, Automotiq brings over 40 years of window tinting experience, including being an automotive tinting finalist at the WFCT. Automotiq offers window tinting, paint protection, vinyl wrapping, and ceramic coatings to vehicles.
We are seeking a qualified installer to support the growth of Automotiq and collaborate with customers to deliver exceptional service.
Basic Function:
The Automotive Window Film Technician’s primary duty is to install and/or remove all types of window film to automotive vehicles. Automotiq also installs PPF, Vinyl, and Ceramic Coatings. The installer is familiar with the process of cutting and installing solar control film and other automotive services like car wrapping. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, including but not limited to repairs, warehouse inventory, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Install window film or other products as indicated according to company and IWFA and manufacturer standards
- Check film out and in each day on computer by job
- Thoroughly read file notes for special instructions; walk customer through the order and verify that everything is correct prior to beginning install
- Plan film cuts so as to waste as little film as possible
- Take utmost pride in providing the cleanest, most efficient installation possible
- Explain film care instructions and obtain signature on all required forms
- Complete paperwork for customers; acquire necessary signatures; collect payment
- ALWAYS portray company in a positive manor to customer and co-workers
- Maintain professional and polite communication and relationship with the customer
- Maintain accurate daily inventory of film and supplies
- Participate in company formal inventory processes
- Maintain the company supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and efficient shop and warehouse area
- Recycle when possible and place in the recycle dumpster behind the office (endcaps, boxes, film cores, paper, plastic and glass.
- During slow periods when requested: distributing flyers, office maintenance, sales estimates, or other duties as assigned
- Monitor and communicate with office on product, department supplies, and office supplies needed; need a one-week advanced notice to be sure products are delivered
- Document any personnel incidents and discuss with HR
- Assist with Special Projects as required
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 Years of experience installing at a professional window tint shop
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- This position requires the ability to lift 70-150 pounds, and be able to bend, stretch, and climb ladders without back restrictions.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- No criminal record
- Optional experience:
- 3 Years PPF and Vinyl installation experience
- 3 Years of experience detailing and/or paint correction
- 5 Years of experience at a professional shop

Pay and Benefits:
Hourly pay ($48-60k yearly) based on qualifications and experience
PTO 40 hours plus major holidays for the first year, additional after the second year of employment
Hours of Operation:
Tuesday - Saturday 9 am - 6 pm

In this role, you will lead deal negotiations end-to-end and shape acquisition strategies that support Amazon's global film portfolio. Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Excel

- 7+ years of relevant work experience at a major media/production company or a top tier consulting firm/investment bank
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and business judgment skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
- Experience structuring and negotiating terms for commercial content content deals e.g. production commissions, existing content licences, talent, multi-title/output

- Seasoned analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

Key job responsibilities
- Strong experience in writing SQL queries, building dashboards, and superior excel skills.

- Perform analysis which quantifies the impact that movies will have on customer engagement

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau, or experience developing financial models in Excel with advanced functions (pivot tables, macros, VBA, Power Query)
- Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science experience
- Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML tools in a professional workflow (e.g., prompt engineering, LLM-powered automation, Python scripting, or deploying AI-assisted analytics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Experience in film or TV content acquisition, licensing, distribution, or programming
- Familiarity with content valuation methodologies, viewership modeling, or customer engagement analytics
