**Summary** **:**
This is an entry level, full-time position that reports directly to the Production Department Manager. The role supports the entire projects team, but works directly under the shows POC, DPMs and Digital Producer. No prior visual effects experience needed, just a great attitude! **What you'll be doing:**
The following tasks provide a general overview of the types of activity the role holder will be expected to engage in on a day-to-day basis. + Handle, track, and keep up-to-date information on production accounting related to craft services/socials/overtime meals. This includes credit card transactions.
+ Plan and implement all production show-wide social events
+ Decorate the production areas - bring your crafting expertise!
+ Aid in facility craft services
+ Expense reports
+ Keep meeting rooms and production areas clean and tidy
+ Meeting note-taking
+ Meeting screen sharing
+ Backup for Production Office Coordinator for scheduling meetings

Assist in operating the filling line to complete products for customer orders. Work in a manufacturing environment following appropriate policies and procedures to ensure successful execution of position responsibilities.

+ Assist in operating filling line equipment and packaging equipment, perform general inspections of products during operation, and pack off finished products.
+ Perform packaging of finished product packages, such as making up corrugated boxes and partitions, packing finished product in boxes, sealing cases manually, labeling or stenciling finished cases with proper identification, and placing finished cases on pallets using pre-determined case placements, spending about 40% of the day on these duties.
+ Monitor product cases to ensure proper weight and accurate packaging components, report machinery issues such as film splices, breakage, and jams to the service machine operator immediately.
+ Prepare work area for production and keep it clean and orderly throughout the work shift, placing damaged product packages into proper containers and discarding trash.
+ Start and stop production equipment during the shift and maintain daily reports on product, brand, type, and quantity produced.
+ Support the SQF Program and promote food safety by maintaining housekeeping in the immediate area and contributing to an audit-ready department.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and write to fill out various production reports.
+ Ability to use judgment to monitor the product.
+ Ability to understand standard instructions and work effectively with others.
+ Manual dexterity, strength, and stamina to stand during a 12 hour shift and lift 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
