**Job Summary**
The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop design solutions that align with business objectives and SHI's brand and marketing goals. Role Description
+ Conceptualize, plan, and execute motion graphics projects-including corporate promotional videos, product demos, event coverage, explainer videos, and social media content-that align with SHI's brand and business objectives.
+ Collaborate closely with Video Team members, developers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design solutions and motion graphics reflect SHI's brand voice and production standards.
+ Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and usability testing to gather insights that inform engaging and effective motion graphics content.
+ Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and key visual assets to support motion graphics and video production, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals.
+ Contribute to all aspects of the motion graphics process, including concept development, animation, editing, and post-production enhancements.
+ Create and iterate on user personas and storyboards to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of visual storytelling in motion graphics projects.

**Job Summary**
The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop design solutions that align with business objectives and SHI's brand and marketing goals. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes to enhance user experiences, and producing engaging, high-quality motion graphics and video content that showcase SHI's products, services, and corporate culture to both internal and external audiences. Additionally, the Motion Graphics Designer will manage project milestones, ensure quality through feedback and iteration, and partner with teams to create compelling and engaging learning materials and experiences.
Role Description
+ Conceptualize, plan, and execute motion graphics projects-including corporate promotional videos, product demos, event coverage, explainer videos, and social media content-that align with SHI's brand and business objectives.
+ Collaborate closely with Video Team members, developers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design solutions and motion graphics reflect SHI's brand voice and production standards.
+ Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and usability testing to gather insights that inform engaging and effective motion graphics content.
+ Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and key visual assets to support motion graphics and video production, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals.
+ Contribute to all aspects of the motion graphics process, including concept development, animation, editing, and post-production enhancements.
+ Create and iterate on user personas and storyboards to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of visual storytelling in motion graphics projects.
+ Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address challenges in user experience, usability, and visual communication.
+ Communicate motion graphics concepts and prototypes effectively to developers, team members, and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging techniques, and new technologies to deliver innovative and high-quality motion graphics content.
