Department/Unit Summary
Join our team in an 11-bed Women's Services Unit featuring a Level 1 nursery and 6 LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) rooms. With an average of 15 deliveries per month and a below-average C-section rate, our unit provides comprehensive care for expectant mothers and newborns. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to promoting a positive birthing experience and ensuring the health and well-being of mothers and infants alike.

Qualifications:
Qualifications and requirements
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program required with a current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in North Carolina or from a Compact State.
Additional requirements include:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) is required withinâ 0 days of hire.
AHA ACLS and AHA PALS are required within six months of hire.â
Handle With Care within 90 days of hireâ
One year of experience preferred

With a 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
