The HRSD Consultant has in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform solutions and related HCM technologies supporting the employee service center. This role involves system design, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance/upgrades. The consultant will collaborate with technical teams, HR process owners, vendors, and end users to enhance ServiceNow products and tools in line with business strategies. Job Responsibilities: Ensure a connected experience across HCM solutions. Lead enterprise-wide functional delivery of solutions using ServiceNow HRSD and other HCM applications. Drive the success of HR COEs' processes by aligning ServiceNow functionalities with enterprise strategies. Gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, and support the HR Service Delivery module in ServiceNow. Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders for successful delivery. Deliver a high-quality employee experience through targeted content, catalogs, and innovative designs. Stay updated on functionality and industry trends, aligning with vendor roadmaps. Provide leadership in resolving issues and requests with vendors. Maintain documentation, job aids, SOPs, and training materials. Partnering & Collaboration: Build effective relationships with HCM support, HR COEs, IT, and stakeholders to align system design with business needs. Use effective communication to engage employees and facilitate information exchange.
