Primary Purpose
To design and maintain robust, scalable software architecture for CMS software systems, oversee programming and implementation, and provide consultation on applications and systems needs.

- Serve as the lead architect and administrator for web systems, including security design, application lifecycle management, data integrations, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and contractors
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure that projects adhere to established standards and best practices
- Develop and deploy integration solutions to connect enterprise data sets with enterprise solutions.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- Knowledge of retail eCommerce technologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with web application User Experience (UX) design, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with integration platforms such as Workato and Mule
- Familiarity with managing and supporting database, API technologies and creates solutions for identified problems or bugs
- Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
