- Understand various quality levels and audit accordingly as different products are produced
- Reject product that does meet qualifications and place in a scrap container
- Coordinate the containment of defective products with team members

We are currently looking for an Experienced, 1st Shift Production Associate, to join our VALUES based organization for lumber mill production and manufacturing. Hours are M-F 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, +OT as needed for production. Compensation range starting at $17/hr, based on experience.
In this role you will focus on:
- Reading, routing, and performing work as assigned by department supervisor.
- Operating saws, hand tools, and other equipment used in lumber mill manufacturing.
- Sew, cut, clip, hook or otherwise assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
- Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes
- Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience and forklift certification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a in a manufacturing environment working on production equipment.
- Prior lumber experience desired. Engineered Lumber experience is preferred.

Production Responsibilities
- Attend pre-shift meetings and give feedback
- Stack and sort glass on racks for the next step.
- Run glass in order according to schedule
- Crane Inspections at your machine daily
- Quality Logs per machine by piece.
- Tracking and managing daily incompletes and understand production goals and outputs.
- Follow quality guidelines and make sure each piece meets the ASTM standard.
- Work through schedules due by date to meet customers on time delivery.
- Communicate issues with your supervisor IE (Need to walk off the line); and report any safety concerns or incidents.
- Wear safety gear on the floor at all times (kevlar pullover, helmet, glasses, pants, etc.).
- Operate and troubleshoot machinery in your department.
- Keep area clean and organized; Know where your exits and fire extinguishers are in your department.

Position Overview
We are a premier food manufacturing facility looking for a skilled, safety-conscious Industrial Electrician to join our team. - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electromechanical, pneumatic, and conveyor systems, as well as production machinery.
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs and drives (Allen Bradley, Lenze).

- Repair and maintain electrical/manual pallet jacks and lift trucks.
- Perform welding and minor fabrication as needed.

- Ensure all work strictly complies with Hazmat, OSHA, SQF, and HACCP regulations and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, specifically within a food production or bakery manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AC/DC motors, 480/240/277/110 voltage, metal detectors, pumps, silos, and Berg electric systems.
- Schematics: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret hydraulic/pneumatic schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical procedures.
- Math Skills: Ability to calculate proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume (basic algebra and geometry).
- Physical & Environment: Comfort working in varied environments, including high areas/silos and confined spaces. Ability to work in high temperature and humidity levels standard to industrial baking ovens.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

The Fresh Mark facility in Salem, OH has immediate laborer openings for associates to join our food production team.
Job Type: Full Time
Hourly Rate:
- Starting at $15.00-$16.50 per hour
- $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
- Opportunity to bid for higher paying positions after 3 months.
- Hourly rate is determined by position and will be discussed during the interview.
Schedules typically available:
- Monday-Saturday
- 1st Shift: 6am-3:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-12:30am
- 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
Requirements:
- Follow all safety and security procedures
- Work in a cool manufacturing environment
- Be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Work overtime and weekends if needed
- Stand for long periods as well as bending and twisting
- Pre-employment drug testing required

As a Fresh Food Production Specialist, youll help prepare and package fresh food products that are distributed daily through our smart vending and micro market locations.
You will work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of fresh food items according to standardized recipes and
portion sizes.
Ensure food products are prepared, stored, and handled safely and in compliance with
food safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas, including equipment,
utensils, and food storage areas
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring ingredient levels, rotating stock,
and placing orders as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen supervisor and other team members to develop new menu
items and recipes.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handwashing,
temperature control, and hygiene practices.
