As a Hospice Massage Therapist, you will have a meaningful role and make a difference in the lives of our patients to help find comfort when it's needed most. Travel within Interim HealthCare's service area to visit patients one on one in their home environment and provide comfort touch massages.
Hours: Part-time | Daytime hours | 2-3 days per week

Some functions of what you would do as a Hospice Massage Therapist
- Provide comfort touch massage therapy services to patients in accordance with physician’s orders and the interdisciplinary group (IDG) plan of care with a focus on a hospice and palliative care approach.
- Conduct initial evaluation, assessing & identifying patient’s needs.
- Completes and submits accurate and timely documentation of massage therapy services provided.
A few must-haves for this position:
- Successful completion of post secondary course of study from an accredited/licensed school for Massage Therapy.
- One year of Massage Therapy experience required.
- Hospice massage therapy experience preferred.
- Able to travel within a geographic area serviced by the office. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance is required.
