- Proven experience in both onshore and/or offshore drilling operations.
- Strong knowledge of drilling mechanics, well control principles, and drilling fluid systems.
- Proficiency in drilling engineering software (e.g., WellPlan, StressCheck).
- Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices (e.g., API, IADC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
