CSA School District is seeking a Middle School Soccer Head Coach to join an outstanding, hardworking team at CSA’s MS campus in Brighton, MI.
Fall Season Coach: Aug 11- Oct. 18, 2 days/week in August, then 4 days/week during the season.

Position Summary :
Charyl Stockwell Academy MS is looking to hire a Head Soccer Coach to lead our fall season middle school soccer team. We are looking for a motivated individual who would like to work with our CSA District students to enhance our soccer program at CSAMS. This is a paid coaching position. The selected candidate must successfully pass a background check in order to secure the position.
Position Qualifications :
- Must be knowledgeable of the soccer game rules, playing positions, functions of each player, and have the ability to teach the various positions and skills necessary to play the game.
- Must be able to run an efficient practice with knowledge of drills and techniques to keep all players moving.
- Must be able to effectively manage a team, while understanding game dynamics and implementing game strategies that best fit team goals.
- Must be an execellent communicator and love working with youth and able to convey team information to parents.
- Must possess strong organizational skillls and be able to encourage and motivate players to advance their abilities.
- Must love the game of soccer and have a desire to see student athletes benefit from solid coaching techniques.
Details :
Position ranges from 6-12 hours per week utilizing an off-site soccer facility. The season begins August 11 and runs until October 18, which is approx. 10 weeks.
We play in a Middle School Conference with a set schedule of games on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Games and practice times usually begin at 5pm. Practices are usually M-W. The age of student athletes is 10-13 year olds.
