**?What You'll Do**
+ Operate and monitor three tumblers simultaneously to maintain efficient workflow
+ Clean and debur stamped metal parts to meet strict quality standards
+ Prioritize and manage production orders based on daily schedules and department needs
+ Perform routine machine checks and adjustments to ensure optimal performance
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Lift parts and materials (up to 35 lbs) and remain on your feet throughout the shift

T he Machine Operator position requires machine operators with the fortitude and trainability to run multiple machines at the required productivity levels. Previous machine, set up, changeover, and mechanical experience is a plus.
This is a second shift position- Monday through Friday 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
What You Will Do
- Operator will be required to be trained and be capable of operating machines to Molex's performance and quality standards.
- Operator will be required to cross-train and rotate between departments as customer demands require.
- Trainable to troubleshoot and fix simple common machine problems
- Package and label finished products into the proper containers.
- Demonstrated ability to read "work order" to ensure correct parts are used for customer order.
- Perform various measuring and recordkeeping inspection procedures. Must be able to learn to use calipers.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork such production and inspection reports.
- Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping practices.
- Be at the work station on time and ready to work.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Able to proactively work independently as well as with others under limited supervision
- Able to lift and transport up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand throughout the duration of the shift
- Able to work regularly scheduled hours with overtime as required
- Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use basic hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, picks

The Machine Operator provides support to the Collation job family by operating equipment effectively and producing a quality product with minimal downtime. Collation family equipment includes collators, folders, imprinters, and cutters. Follows established procedures with guidance from the Senior Process technician.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates Collation equipment in a team environment, at maximum efficiency level following process specifications.
- May independently operate cutting, imprinting or folding machines at maximum efficiency level following process specifications.
- Minimizes machine downtime by troubleshooting and adjusting various mechanical and software components of the collator using technical manuals, hand tools and training. Gains knowledge of the process and elevates non-routine system issues to the Senior Process Technician.
- Provides verbal and written communication to Senior Process Technician with regard to equipment, processes, maintenance, staff or other operational issues with the cell that may impact delivery of the finished envelopes.
- Demonstrates behavior that sets the example within the cell in regard to quality, continuous process improvement, safety, and housekeeping. Encourages collaboration within the group that creates ownership and pride in the delivery of error free first pass quality and minimal re-work/waste.
- Performs routine preventative maintenance on assigned machinery.
- Performs data entry tasks required in various work centers
- Participates in training in conjunction with the VMC “Progression” program to improve knowledge and skill related to the Process Technician position. Follows a planned program of continuous learning to complete all mandatory skill blocks. Maintains current skills required for the position and may pursue additional learning through optional and/or limited skill blocks.
- May provide back-up support for the Senior Process Technician in his/her absence.
- Accomplishes duties using safe work practices and equipment while being responsible for reporting all injuries or observed unsafe practices. Coaches fellow employees on safe work practices as appropriate and contributes to the overall success of the company’s safety program.
- Performs related work and additional duties as needed or required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

The role you’ll contribute:
Reporting to the Practice Manager and under the supervision of the Providers, the Basic X-Ray Machine Operator cares for patients and performs a wide variety of patient care activities, including laboratory testing and radiographic exams. Adheres to state, federal and organizational guidelines to ensure quality care and patient safety with support from the Clinical Excellence team. Is essential in maintaining organization and facilitating patient flow. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Drives customer service initiatives by creating and owning the patient experience
- Performs basic radiological examinations, including all quality controls/clerical duties. Processes reference laboratory specimens to include venipuncture, specimen handling/ labeling, and tracking results.
- Performs properly and legibly documents and reports all procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy.
- Utilizing age-specific guidelines, assesses patient during clinical check-in, documents pertinent medical information and vital signs. Assesses for signs of abuse or neglect.
- Completes general orders and any follow-up assessments ordered by the provider, verifying as needed. Responds appropriately in clinical emergencies and triage situations.
- Performs diagnostic and occupational medicine testing to include, but not limited to, EKG, spirometry, audiometry, titmus and pulse oximetry. Completes forensic testing collections in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Florida Drug Free Workplace Guidelines. This may include urine drug screens, blood/breath alcohol testing, oral fluids and hair testing.
- Appropriately complete check-out duties and relays instructions/care to the patient or Performs required Quality Control checklist to ensure safety of the patient
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CPR Certification
- Current Florida State license - Basic X-Ray Machine Operator (BMO)
- Continued maintenance BAT Certification after hire
- Continued maintenance of Drug Screen Certification after hire
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous Basic X-Ray Machine Operator experience
- Previous urgent care / ED experience
